PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payment for online purchases can be made via the following major credit cards: MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express. In accordance with the law, state sales tax will be added (at the time of shipment) for orders shipped to Illinois, Wisconsin, and Kentucky. Your bank statement will show charges from TSMGI.
Cash or C.O.D's are not accepted as valid forms of payment.

DELIVERY
Most in-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days. Please allow 3-10 business days for standard UPS delivery (distance and ship method dictates delivery days). Due to product demand, some items may be temporarily unavailable when your order is placed. You will be notified if any item is temporarily unavailable. You will be advised when the item will be available and given the option of shipping your order complete or shipping available items immediately and shipping the remainder of your order as soon as product is available. All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground services unless otherwise requested.
Credit card orders will automatically be charged shipping amounts at time of shipment. For international shipments, please contact TSMGI Customer Service at 1-877-755-2812 for shipping rates. TSMGI also offers fast, convenient Express Shipping services. If a rush is needed, please call Customer Service to place your order, 1-877-755-2812. Expedited shipping is 1-3 business days. Additional freight charges will apply for rush orders. Expedited orders must be received by 2:00PM (CT) for next day shipment of in-stock merchandise. Once you have completed your order online, you will receive an automated e-mail confirmation of your order. To track your order, please call Customer Service at 1-877-755-2812.
RETURNS/100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
Our ultimate goal is total customer satisfaction and we stand behind our goods and services. If a product fails to meet your expectations, please call Customer Service at 1-877-755-2812, Monday through Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM (CST) within 30 days of purchase for a return authorization form and we will refund, replace or exchange it for you. Returned items cannot be washed, worn or altered with all packaging included and tags still attached.
Custom orders may not be returned or exchanged and are non-refundable, unless defective.
